Ready, Set, Go Slow!

Updated: Mar 15, 2021

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, etc. Well I'm glad that's 2020 done with. I'm under no illusion 2021 will be our new bestie but at least it's not 2020 anymore.

There have been so many end of year reflection posts going up (as there always is regardless of the year) but I'm not quite sure I'm at the point of being ready for mine as I'm still processing it all.

Aside from the major global incidents, big events from 2020 for me include breaking up with the Hollis Co. and all things Rachel Hollis (or maybe just a break, I haven't fully decided), moving house, the biggest kid starting school, being diagnosed with fibromyalgia (fun)(update: might not be 😑) and buying an inflatable paddle board (actually fun) that I still haven't had a chance to get out on (back to not so much fun but the potential for real fun is there) and that was all in the last few months of the year so lots of stuff to work through there. Maybe by June I'll get reflecting.

For now, I need to get back to making! I have made NOTHING throughout December and am desparate to get back into some kind of routine again and tick some ideas off my list. The closest I've come to making is sorting my clay into larger storage drawers and separating by brand - quite therapeutic!

Thank you to all of you who have subscribed to the site so far, I'm hoping to get my newsletter on the go this year but as I'm also aiming to slow down a bit as I try and get a handle on fibro symptoms you can rest assured your inbox will not be overly spammed.

That's all for now, a quick update on what's been and that there will be some stuff happening this year. At some point. Not that I'm scared of commitment or anything...

Cheers,

Karen
